Always when u remove your upper back teeth , it should be replaced as soon as possible otherwise sinuses ( hallow space in upper jaw ) grow creating lot of bone loss difficult to replace ( like we can replace it but it requires more surgical procedures and more time to heal )like indirect sinus lift
